Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It's great value for the price, quiet neighborhood and easy access to the highway. It's an older hotel, but the beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Breakfast was fine, the usual fare with make your own waffles! We liked it so much we extended our stay by a night to get some famous KC BBQ.

The location was convenient, the bed and sheets we’re comfortable and although you can’t tell from the neighborhood, it was a safe location. The area around it is old, and unkept, the hotel is older, but we felt safe there.

I needed a place to stay overnight and this place filled the bill. It was reasonably priced, well-located to where I needed to be the next morning and had everything I typically want in a hotel room.

Very quiet, and they had plenty to choose from at breakfast. Will be staying at best west when traveling from now on!!! Staff was cool and went out there way.

The breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast. I prefer standard eggs, sausage/bacon, toast; but the cereal was good too with a muffin. The juice was cold, fresh, and really cleansing. It was a great way to start the morning.

It is close to both the airport and near the Interstate. Also is in a secluded and quiet area.

The staff was so professional and friendly, even when I locked myself out of my room. I was traveling alone with pets (such a hassle), so I was grateful the pet policy was straightforward, fair, and transparent.

staff was friendly and helpful! we personally really liked the location. I was worried because other reviews had said they were sketched out by the location but it’s literally nestled on the outskirts on a nice looking neighborhood. bed was decent but a little form for our liking but we made due.
